As discussed at the AGM on Wednesday November 20, 2013, the Board is diligently working to update the ROC Constitution. Please click on the attached link to read the DRAFT of the proposed changes. The Board would like to hear any comments, questions or concerns you may have by 5:00 pm Wednesday November 27, 2013. Please email Heidi at akaheidibrown@gmail.com or info@claringtonswimclub.ca. We will be sending out an email to all members to vote on the proposed changes on Thursday November 28, 2013. If you do not reply to the email you will be counted as a “Yes” vote. We strongly encourage all of you to read the proposed amendments and to exercise your vote, after all this is YOUR Club!
