TRAINING GROUPS

ROC will help you choose the best specially designed group
for your swimmer!!

Swimming Fundamentals:
Swimming Fundamentals (age 4-8 years) Semi-private swim instruction
for younger children, or for those swimmers (age 6-8 years) needing
a little extra work before joining the Novice or Junior programs.

Novice:
Designed for young swimmers (6-12 years) to
improve stroke and endurance while having fun.
(Competition optional)

Youth Fitness:
Especially designed for teens (13-17 years)
wishing to get fit while having fun. (Competition optional)
Also suitable for late starters looking to join competitive swimming.

Masters:Adults (18-99+ years).
A fabulous, flexible program
designed for fun, fitness and/or competition. (Competition optional)
A must for serious triathletes. Swim with the very best in the country!

Junior Competitive:
Start to race and find out that working hard is fun! (usually ages 12 and under)

Senior Competitive:
Committed athletes will test their limits in this full program. Learn to
love to race, independent of the outcome. (ususally ages 13 and over)
